One of the biggest commitments of Sua Música Portal (“Sua Música,” “We,” or “Portal”) is to protect the privacy of individuals who, like you, are Portal users. The information you may entrust to us through this Portal, if used, will be used exclusively to facilitate and enhance our relationship with you and other Portal visitors.
Sua Música understands the importance of privacy to you. Therefore, we will make every effort to preserve it.
Sua Música seeks transparency and control over the ways in which identifiable individual information is collected and used. In this regard, it informs that during the registration process, it may request personal information such as name, home address, email, telephone number, or any other information from Portal visitors, which, when used alone or with other data, may individually identify a Portal visitor.
The quality of Portal products and services largely depends on the knowledge we have about our users. Therefore, when we collect personal data about you, which may be voluntarily provided, we do so to classify you in order to present qualified and targeted products and services to you.
These are the main objectives of obtaining information from our users:
o Offer more focused services to make your visit to the Portal more productive.
o Maintain the security and protection of Portal products, services, and integrations;
o Protect the rights or property of the Portal and others;
o Evaluate or understand the efficiency of ads that you and others view, including providing relevant ads to you;
o Make suggestions for you and other Portal users to improve and personalize your use of the Portal;
o Internal operations, including error correction, data analysis, testing, research, development, and service improvement.
Although you allow us to use the information we receive about you, you will always be the owner of all your information. Your trust is important to us, which is why we do not share information about you with others unless we have: (i) received your permission; (ii) received a court order to do so; (iii) notified you, as we do in this policy, for example; or (iv) removed your name or other personally identifying information from the Portal.
Your information is stored for the time necessary to provide the products and services of the Portal to you and others. Typically, the information associated with your account will be retained until your account is deleted. For certain categories of data, specific data retention practices apply. If you have any questions, please contact us at contacto@suamusica.com.br or by phone at +5511974433199.
Certain information is necessary to provide you with services and products, so we can only delete it in the event of account deletion and termination.
If you want your information to be removed, you have two options: close your account through the user control panel or send an email to contact@suamusica.com.br. The following options are available:
Permanent Deletion: This action is irreversible and cannot be undone. All your data, including username, email, and password, will be permanently deleted.
Anonymization of Public Data: Your public data will be removed, but your account will remain active with the username, email, and password intact. Public data will be removed within 15 days.
Sua Música does not share your information with advertisers unless authorized by you. In this regard, we may share your information when we remove it from something that personally identifies you or combine it with other information to make it non-identifiable.
Sua Música may use the information received during registration or during your use and access to the Portal to deliver advertisements and make them more relevant to you. After the ad has been broadcast, we may provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their ads, including the number of views, etc., but without individually identifying those involved.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive by the browser you use to access websites on the Internet. Sua Música uses cookies to remember you and personalize your experience on the Portal.
Consult your browser's or device's help material to learn what controls you can use to remove or block cookies, or other similar technologies, or block or remove other data stored on your computer or device (such as using various settings in your browser). By doing so, your ability to use the Portal may be affected.
In addition to our own cookies, we work with several reputable companies to help us analyze how the Portal is used and to optimize our Site to deliver the best possible experience. The following companies assist us in achieving this through the use of cookies:
Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer
Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer are services offered by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use our site, our mobile site, and Sua Música players embedded on third-party sites. Google Website Optimizer uses the same cookies to measure how different users react to different content. The information generated by these cookies (including your truncated IP address) is transmitted to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your and other users' use of our site, mobile site, and Sua Música players, compiling reports on site activity, and providing other services related to site activity and internet usage.
You can find more information here, including a link to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google AdWords and Google Remarketing
We use the online advertising program Google AdWords and the Google Remarketing technology, both operated by Google Inc. (“Google”)
To measure conversions with Google AdWords, a conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on an ad delivered by Google (“Ads”). Google's conversion tracking cookie expires after 30 days and is not used for personal identification. Google uses a different cookie for each Google AdWords client, and there is no consolidation of cookie data with other data. If you click on one of our ads and proceed to the conversion tag-equipped page and the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion is documented. With the help of the conversion tracking cookie, we see the total number of conversions and can assess the performance of our ads. You can get more information about Google AdWords here.
When you click on one of our Ads, a Google Remarketing cookie will be installed. This cookie helps provide our Ads to you later when you browse pages on the Google content network. Remarketing cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. For more information about Google Remarketing, see here.
Google's cookies are those that start with '__ut'
